Meet the Team

Our team is comprised of passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT'S) who are led, trained & supervised by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Here at xyzABA, we pride ourselves on providing the highest-quality clinical care to each client we serve. New teammates receive extensive clinical competency training prior to delivering individualized ABA services to our clients. Once new teammates obtain their RBT credential, they receive twice the required amount of BCBA supervision on a weekly-basis to ensure they are maintaining their credential in accordance with the standards of the BACB. We believe that RBT's should receive ample support, guidance and ongoing access to new resources, modes of learning and evidence-based therapeutic techniques so we are able to best impact the clients we serve and truly maximize positive client outcomes.

Zahra Aly, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Zahra began her ABA journey over 7 years ago as an assistant-teacher at a private school for children with Autism during her undergraduate years. She graduated with a degree in Psychology and a double-minor in Sociology & Media Studies (Mass Communications) from Virginia Commonwealth University. Shortly after, she decided to continue learning and evolving within the field of ABA and became a Registered Behavior Technician in Dallas, Texas. She served in several leadership and training roles under multiple ABA providers whilst pursuing her Masters degree in Special Education from Texas Tech University. Zahra specialized in ABA to eventually fulfill her dream of becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.

Since then, Zahra has fearlessly trained and led over 50 RBT's and impacted over 40 families in the DFW metroplex. She founded and established xyzABA to continue serving families in need and to invest in the growth and development of future RBT's and aspiring BCBA's with her values and mission in mind. Zahra has experienced the many challenges families and caregivers face when trying to access high-quality clinical care and believes that her passion for teaching others about the ever-changing field of ABA will help families navigate and overcome those challenges. She is dedicated to transforming the lives of those impacted by Autism and seeks to find solutions for each barrier that presents along the way.

Executive Director of Clinical Operations / BCBA

Mary-Casey "MC" McGee, LMSW, BCBA, LBA

MC McGee is a Licensed Social Worker and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 17 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She specializes in the treatment of children and adolescents as well as families of children with a diagnosis of Autism or co-morbid diagnosis. She received her Bachelors in Social Work from Texas Christian University, and her Masters in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington. She completed her post-graduate coursework in Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology. MC is a dedicated advocate for neurodivergent individuals and has demonstrated her commitment to improving the lives of others through evidence-based interventions and compassionate, assent-based care. Her expertise in ABA has positively impacted countless individuals and families, fostering growth and independence across the lifespan. MC has held many leadership positions with organizations across the country as a Clinical Director, Insurance Liaison, Organizational Management Consultant, and currently she serves as xyzABA’s Executive Director of Clinical Operations.

Kelly Walker, M.S., IBA, BCBA, LBA

Kelly Walker's expertise in applied behavior analysis is grounded in a data-driven problem-solving framework, which integrates systematic reasoning with creative and objective analysis to address behavior excesses and deficits. With a special focus on compassionate and functional treatment for severe maladaptive behavior, she excels in utilizing behavior analysis to break down barriers to effective intervention. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kelly finds joy in nurturing her interests in gardening and spending quality time with her two children. Her collaborative approach to mentoring and supervision is aimed at fostering a positive work culture and providing an environment of support and growth for her team.

Astara Blain, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Astara has been practicing in the field Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2017 and recently passed her test as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She’s worked extensively with children aged 2-15 in various settings, including homes, communities, and clinics. She focuses on using positive methods and an assent-based model to address challenging behaviors like aggression, self-injury, tantrums, elopement and more.
As a proud Texan, she has a strong connection to the state of Texas and enjoys spending time outdoors in the sunshine. Her passion for ABA drives her to strive for excellence in her work, aiming to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals she serves.
